Return of products and right of withdrawal
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. The client will have a period of 14 calendar days to resolve the sale, as long as the nature of the good acquired allows it. This period will be computed from the receipt by the customer of the purchased goods. It will be understood that the client has known the right of withdrawal from the entry into the Store, which requires reading and acceptance of these General Conditions, and in any case, from the moment the order is placed. This right of withdrawal will not apply to those products that are personalized or that for reasons of hygiene or other legally contemplated exceptions are not susceptible to withdrawal.
Returns of orders should be sent to the address of LR115 ALMAZARA RIOJANA S.L. exercising by the client the “right of resolution”, for this the client must send along with the product a letter requesting the return of the product and the reason for it and attach a copy of the DNI to said letter. LR115 ALMAZARA RIOJANA S.L. will return the amounts received by payment using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of notification of the withdrawal decision. Thus, to make a return, the customer must take into account the following:
- This must be done within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after the date of receipt of the product. The return costs will be borne by the customer.
- The product to be returned must be in its original condition, and without having been used or manipulated.
- For hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.
- In case of breakage, the customer must leave a record on the delivery note of the transport company at the time of receipt. In that case they will be replaced by the same product.
- The client must exercise the “Right of resolution” by sending a letter requesting, along with the product, and must accompany this letter a copy of their ID.
- You cannot exchange a product because it was not what the customer thought, so please make sure to read the product specifications carefully before ordering. In case of doubt, contact us.
- The return costs are paid by the customer unless it is a defective product, or error on our part.
- We are not responsible for shipments confiscated by customs or other similar entities. Contact the Organizations of your country or area to expand the information on the product you want to purchase in case of doubt.
LR115 ALMAZARA RIOJANA S.L. guarantees the quality of the product, in the legally established terms. The total responsibility of LR115 ALMAZARA RIOJANA S.L for any concepts, will not exceed in any case, the total value of the defective merchandise supplied.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, etc. are not included.
In the cases in which the use of the guarantee is appropriate and justified, LR115 ALMAZARA RIOJANA S.L. will choose to replace the item with a new one.
The guarantee will lose its value in the following circumstances:
- If some of the data of the same or of the proof of purchase are modified, altered or replaced.
- If the identification number is manipulated, such as the guaranteed article itself without the knowledge of LR115 ALMAZARA RIOJANA S.L.
